Hi,
I want to plot ERPs using a script containing following command :
pop_comperp( ALLEEG, 1, 3,4, 'geom','array','title',set_name,'addavg',
'on', 'addstd', 'off', 'subavg', 'on', 'diffavg', 'off', 'diffstd',
'off', 'tplotopt',{'ydir',-1,'geom',[4 1]});
ALLEEG(3) and ALLEEG(4) are datasets containing three channels (Fz Cz
and Pz) with epoched data. (Targets in 3 and non-targets in 4). This
datasets were extracted from a 19ch EEG dataset using
ERP = pop_select (ALLEEG(2), 'channel', [7 10 17]);
How can I ad channel labels to the graphs. Now my graphs are numbered 1
to 3.
Thanks for any help
