[Eeglablist] Re-Reference

This was an issue 2 years ago (I mentioned about this at the EEGLAB workshop
in Aspet) , but it looks like you do not need this any ways because you are
not using the interface [like many of us]. Putting the M1 and M2 references
together in the pop_biosig would be fine. I just wanted to play safe at the
beginnings to use step by step re-referencing.
