[Eeglablist] remove DC offset

Dear Baris,
I assume you are referring to the menu item "remove DC offset" in the "Display" submenu of the eegplot graphic interface.
This simply remove the average value of each channel over the current time window before plotting them. It does not affect the data. This is only performed for visualization purposes.
