POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE position is available immediately at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. The successful candidate will participate in interdisciplinary research linking genetics, brain function, and behavior with an emphasis on individual differences in cognitive control, self-regulation, motivation, and emotion as potential mediators of genetic risk for psychopathology. This position will primarily be involved in the analysis of existing EEG/ERP data including time-frequency analysis, neural synchrony, functional connectivity, and other features of neural dynamics, including conjoint analysis of ERP and fMRI data. Required qualifications include Ph.D. or equivalent in neuroscience, psychophysiology, biomedical engineering, biophysics, or a related field, excellent quantitative skills, and experience with signal processing using MATLAB. Candidates with a good working knowledge of EEGLAB, FieldTrip, or other toolboxes for advanced EEG/ERP analysis will be given preference. Salary will be $38,000 and up depending on qualifications and experience.
