[Eeglablist] using multiple montages in STUDY

I have an existing STUDY, and I would like to add some datasets that were recorded with a different montage than the existing STUDY datasets.  I get the error: 
EEGLAB error in function myunion() at line 117: Subscripted assignment between dissimilar structures.

Is there any way to use a STUDY structure with multiple montages?
