[Eeglablist] time-frequency plot of ICA

Dear all,
I am trying to plot time-frequency properties of ICA of epoched signals but I'm getting an error message that' inner matrix dimensions must agree'. I processed EEG signal through EEGLab GUI so I don't think that I could have made programming error and invert matrices. I can see raw ICA and 2D of ICA so there must be some problem when calling newtimef function. Have anybody got similar problem? Should I try to call the same function from the command line (in that case what it the name of the analysed ICA signal)?
