[Eeglablist] Plotting power spectral values

Hello everyone !!

Hope you all had a nice weekend :)

I am trying to plot a power frequency spectrum in MATLAB but it seems to give inaccurate data values on the y axis. I am using the loadavg() function to import a .avg file (frequency domain) from NeuroScan.

The data values seem to be very small ('Values' figure) and this equates to a frequency spectrum ('MATLAB figure') that doesn't compare to the original ('Actual Cpz spectrum'). Consequently the head map that is produced is incorrect too ('Cpz example').

Any help and insight would be highly appreciated, thanks a lot,

Rohan
