[Eeglablist] sampling rate

Better to do it in the .set file after your record, and record your .cnt's all the same way (512 or better, I'd suggest).
There are some small issues with importing CNTs into EEGLAB - you will need a machine with 64 bit MATLAB and plenty of RAM if your Neuroscan files are larger than about 200mb.
