if you have not, you might be needing to "extract" epochs first.
Then some or most of the "erp" options should become available.

you should go through the online tutorial and tutorial data first, if you
have not,
 in addition to the help files and listserv archives you checked.




Also, later, check out the erplab plugin for eeglab
