[Eeglablist] different event values GUI vs. command line

Dear Christian,
the event latency is stored in sample points since the beginning of
the data in the EEG data structure.
To convert between latency in samples and latency in seconds and
vice versa, use the functions eeg_lat2point.m and eeg_point2lat.m
