[Eeglablist] ABOUT FS

hi,ma data is sampled by 1000HZ,much higher than 200HZ,SO within the same time,eg.200ms,it 200 points ,compared with 200HZ it is only 40 ponits.
we have known that MVAR request short window ,to get proper order .
HOW can i deal with my data with 1000 FS?
