Dear Kourosh,
you should attempt to find the channel location for this dataset. It it is standard 10-20 and you have the channel labels, EEGLAB will find the standard positions for you (menu Edit > Channel location).
Except for blink and maybe temporal muscle components, it is very hard to recognize ICA components based on their time or spectral activity alone.
