[Eeglablist] How to make an ICA run in less than a week?

James -

I would not suggest epoching the data before ICA decomposition, unless to
remove highly irrelevant data periods. I do suggest running binica (on a
64-bit machine) instead of (Matlab) runica -- or still better, AMICA,
available from Jason Palmer. You mighty consider downsampling your data to
512. Also, be sure to check that the solution is not 'blowing up' because
of insufficient data rank.
