[Eeglablist] Mac OSX and newer versions of Matlab

There has been some reports of the EEGLAB window not having menus attached to the window in newer versions of Matlab (they appear at the top of the screen) under Mac OSX.

To fix the issue, quit Matlab and edit 

/Applications/MATLAB_R2xxxb.app/bin/maci64/MATLAB.app/Contents/MacOS/java.opts

and add the following line

-Dapple.laf.useScreenMenuBar=false

More details may be found below (although this page indicates how to use the screen menu bar so they set the Dapple.laf.useScreenMenuBar to true whereas it should be set to false).
