Actually, I want to do cluster-based permutation on EEG data ( not ICA stuff

) and I could not find the help for that in EEGLAB tutorial .

 

Could you or any other EEGLABER please let me know how should I do the
cluster-based permutation on time-domain data in EEGLAB ?

yes EEGLAB can do the cluster-based permutation test like Fieldtrip (in
fact, it is calling some Fieldtrip function to do that). It is only
available in EEGLAB 12 though.
