Dear List, I am plotting scalp plots in STUDY design using a study with three conditions (A, B, & C). I would like to produce scalp plots subtracting A from B and A from C and find the significant differences between the resulting two scalp plots i.e. between B-A and C-A. Is this possible in EEGLAB?
