Hi,
I am trying to use Mass Univariate ERP Toolbox for cluster based permutation test.
In my study, I have autistic and typically development kids who undergo with the same experimental procedure and I want to figure out the statistical differences btw them. I make a GND file using 2 autistic and two typical subjects0. When I used gui_erp and try to see the t-test results, it says there is ONLY ONE PARTICIPANT at each bin. But the GND struct shows they are two subjects in each bin.
Does anyone have any experience?
