[Eeglablist] erspboot & newtimef

Dear Rene,

Unfortunately you probably have to compute it yourself.

1. Plot ERSP/ITC for all clusters
2. Press ok to close plot/edit cluster GUI (this updates your STUDY)
3. Check STUDY.clsuter(n). You'll find icaersp and related stuff
4. Figure out your time and frequency scales of your icaersp... there
must be something like ersptime and freqs. Now you can identify your
time/freq of interest.
5. For statistics, check out statcond().
