Dear Jeff,
When epoch your data, use your entire ISI so that when you concatenate the
epochs you reproduce the continuity. Then use this solution (attached)
twice to concatenate the epochs, and extract -1 to 2 sec epoch. This will
make your data redundant but works well for ERSP/ITC.
We use Morlet, so for obtaining a good ERSP/ITC we recommend you use lowest
3 Hz at 3 cycle which gives you 1116 ms window length, so you'll need -1 to
2 sec epoch length.
