[Eeglablist] Time-frequency resoulution for ERSP using sinusoidal wavelets

Dear Aleksandra,

Frequency resolution is controled by the 'padratio' parameters. You may also enter your own array of frequencies. Time resolution is controled by the 'ntimesout' parameters. See help newtimef for more details.
