[Eeglablist] Compile EEGLAB under Ubuntu

There is a function called "compile_eeglab" that should be able to compile EEGLAB the right way (allowing users to use option files, including a number of resource binary data files in the executable, and allowing users to run simple scripts).
This is how the current eeglab.exe file was generated under windows.

For lack of resources, we have not recently compiled EEGLAB and this function might be to be updated.
Best,

Arno

So, that call to mcc in line 91 must be important. I'll recommend you to find a Matlab installation that includes the compiler, then, before compiling anything run ">> mbuild -setup" to select the C compiler (in most cases the native gcc works).
