Good day
I have had different results executing the pop_eegfiltnew on a script or
executing the script on the gui. This is the script I am using for example
to notch data sampled at 500Hz
EEG = pop_eegfiltnew(EEG, 48, 52, 826, 1, [], 0);
EEG = eeg_checkset( EEG );
The order is the same as the one estimated by the plugin. And it does give
different filter results by executing this script or taking it for the
EEGlab menu, does someone know why?
Thanks in advance
