Hi Carlos,
CLI and GUI should indeed give identical results. I can not replicate the problem, so I need more information. Could you, please, send me short sample datasets showing the problem (unfiltered, filtered with CLI and filtered with GUI and a screen shot of the GUI including your entered values) and an as precise as possible description how replicate the problem. Also, please send the output of eegh on the command line.
