[Eeglablist] Three EEGLAB questions

Hi Fred,
Not sure about EEGlab per se, but I had to look at syncrony as you define
it in my own work and it is relatively easy by writing a simple script in
MatLab.
For example you can apply a filter in the alpha band (use filtfilt to avoid
to introduce phase shifts) if you are interested in coherence in that band
to your two time series and then use the Hilbert transform to calculate the
phase for each time series. The difference between the two times series
would give you a measure of phase coherence (you could even calculate this
in terms of percent difference).
