Hi Eduardo

When I tried it myself, I did not notice any difference output wise. But I understood that binica is meant to be faster.

Subject: [Eeglablist] runica vs binica

Hello All,

I have been studying ICA tutorial in the EEGLab website, and I would just like to confirm that binica and runica perform the same calculations in the dataset, with binica being faster because it employs C code. Is that right? Has anyone actually compared the outputs so I could be sure they result the same?

many thanks

eduardo
