Dear Michal,

> I am not aware of cluster correction algorithms either in Eeglab or in general EEG processing. Can you provide me some info (Matlab function or code example) how to apply it to time x channel matrix?

This method is based on the following article

E. Maris, R. Oostenveld / Journal of Neuroscience Methods 164 (2007) 177–190.
http://biomagnet.uni-muenster.de/PDF_library/006611.pdf

It is according to G. Roussellet, the only valid method to correct for multiple comparison because it is the only one that correctly control for type I error rate. It is implemented in EEGLAB which uses the FIeldtrip implementation. A large number of functions are called so I cannot point at a single one.

You need to correct for multiple comparison across time as well if you want the movie to be valid. Also, I was concerned about the smoothing. However, if you get you mask for statistics on the non-smoothed data, save it, then smooth the data across time and space, then apply the mask you saved, I think you should be fine.
