[Eeglablist] extract certain frequency from the EEG channel

Dear Ida,

The function eegfilt() provides a bandpass filter option. Please check it.

BTW, the resolution of the frequency in the spectrum varies according to
the amount of your actual data point. Adding more data if you need higher
resolution.
