Hi Roni
Why don't you simply create a dataset that contains only the block of data you want to run ICA on (since your data seem to already be in separate blocks) and the run the ICA on the block?
Regards
Bethel

Subject: [Eeglablist] ICA training on only part of the data
Hi,
I'm currently trying to apply "runica" on my EEG dataset using EEGLAB. My question is- how can I run this function on a certain part of my data (e.g., only the first block of the experiment).
I would very much appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Roni
