Dear Christoph,

you can add output arguments to pop_spectopo (which are the same as the spectopo function). Then you may use dlmwrite() or xlswrite() function to write a text or Excel file on disk.

Besides vizualising the spectral differences between subjects and both conditions, I also would like to export the output of the spectral analysis of each subject and condition into an ascii file in order to check whether statistically significant differences between different frequency bands (delta, theta, alpha, beta and gamma) exist.
