[Eeglablist] Moving ICA info to a different data set

Hey Becky,

1. The order does matter. Removing components actually removes the signal
that these components contribute. You certainly want to remove the
artifactual ICs in your target dataset because you want to remove the
artifactual signal that they contribute to your data of interest.

2. It should be enough if you modify EEG.icachansind appropriately.
EEG.icachansind tells EEGlab which channels of your dataset participate in
the ICs.
For example if your 'ICA-giving' dataset consists of channels A, B, D and F
but the target data has all A, B, C, D, E and F you set EEG.icachansind in
the target dataset to be [1, 2, 4, 6] because if you take out channels with
these indices from your target dataset you get the channels present in the
ICA-giving one.
I'll be happy to clarify this more if my description is vague.
