[Eeglablist] importing Brain Products EEG data files into EEGLAB

Hi Emily,
In EEGLAB 12 (I haven't used v13 yet, although I think my colleagues are) I
have used the File-IO (pop_fileio) interface rather than the Biosig
interface, and I've had no problems with Brain Vision files.
