Hi Emily,
extensions/plugins are no longer distributed with EEGLAB since version 13 (?). Install our bva-io plugin from the eeglab file menu -> Manage EEGLAB extensions -> Data import extensions -> bva-io.
Hope this helps! Best,
Andreas

In previous versions of EEGLAB I used the File > Import data > Using EEGLAB functions and plugins > From Brain Vis. rec .vhdr file option. However, this import option does not seem to be available in recent versions of EEGLAB. The Biosig import option recognizes the file format and seems to import correctly for the most part, but it is altering the event codes. Specifically, it is turning 3-digit event codes into 2-digit codes, removing the hundreds place value (e.g., 121 becomes 21, 212 becomes 12, etc.).
