[Eeglablist] Import timelocked fieldtrip data for plotting

Dear Tyler,

It's  an EELAB's limitation that all epochs should have identical
length.... rarely, annoying problems can rise from it. You may want to
allow some redundancy in the epoch length so that the longest epoch can fit
it.
