[Eeglablist] correction for ecg

Dear Johannes,

The decomposed ECG tend to create a dedicated cluster whose mean scalp topo
has a characteristic super-deep sources. If you don't have enough number of
ECG ICs, then they will be thrown in to outlier cluster since their dipole
location should not match to any other good EEG clusters.
