Dear EEGLAB users

I have a problem with newtimef().

I am trying to plot the ERSP response for the difference of two conditions.
I do not use a common baseline between conditions.

It seems the ERSP figure before bootstraping does not match with the one
after bootstraping, at all.

If we compare ERSP results in the two figures, condition1 - condition2 does
not match. Do you have any idea? What is going on here?
