[Eeglablist] information on pop_compeeg() function

Hello everyone I would like to open a single window to compare the initial dataset with the final dataset using the eegplot () 
I saw that there pop_compeeg (). 
which parameters need to be passed to this function? 
I saw help but I did not understand.
