[Eeglablist] Suggestion for using appropriate statistical tool for EEG data

Dear List,

I am trying to analyze EEG data consisting of two conditions, i am trying
to look for changes from first condition to the second condition.
Can i use correlation as a tool to relate the two conditions or do i need
to use ANOVA for showing the difference.
The test was conducted on 11 subjects and each condition consisted around
65 Trials.
