[Eeglablist] Epoched/continuous

Dear Nico,

Hmm that could be difficult. I have once made sandwichEpoch() plugin to
concatenate the epochs into continuous data, but I abandoned the idea
because of little merit; if you can't recover the complete continuous data,
it's not that meaningful. But probably you have a special situation... if
you are interested in I can send it personally with no support.
