[Eeglablist] eeglablist Digest, Vol 120, Issue 26

Hi Eric,

To go off of what David said, I would also suggest to "paste" the analysis
and use the following syntax in order to get your pairwise comparisons:

Say your comparisons were group x ROI x task, and you've selected to view
estimated marginal means, you should see something like
  /EMMEANS=TABLES(Group*ROI*task)

I would replace that syntax with
  /EMMEANS=TABLES(Group*ROI*task) COMPARE(Group) ADJ(LSD)
  /EMMEANS=TABLES(Group*ROI*task) COMPARE(ROI) ADJ(LSD)
  /EMMEANS=TABLES(Group*ROI*task) COMPARE(task) ADJ(LSD)

Hope that helps!

Subject: Re: [Eeglablist] Question about EEG statistics
Hello Eric,
It would be more appropriate to use a repeated measures ANOVA. Are you
using SPSS? If so, I would use GLM -> repeated measures, with each
condition as a factor with two levels (pre, post).

Good Luck,
Dave
