Hi Eddy,
The question about what difference if any exists between the interpretation
of power and power density is near and dear to my heart as well, and is
currently under discussion here on the list:


To extract numerical values from Spectopo, look at the variables it creates
- I believe one is "spectra" which contains the power density values, and
the other is "freqs" which contains the corresponding frequency markers so
you know what bin lines up with what frequency.
