[Eeglablist] error edit channel locations

Dear Ines, Dear all,

I am getting the exact same error. When opening the gui as well as when 
trying to access pop_chanedit from code. I am currently using MATLAB 
Version 7.7.0.471 (R2008b) on Windows and the latest EEGLAB version 13.4.4b.
I will transmit this error to EEGLAB bugzilla as well.
