Hi!

I 've computed Wavelt coherence on EEG data (64/128 Channel system) and also computed pairwise coherence in few pairs.
As the number of channels are more and it is hard to compute coherence for all maximum possible pairs combinations by considering sagittal, lateral, hemispheric, local or global factors etc.
Is there any tool available so that I may use it to compare cohernece in maximum possible pairs in the form of topographic maps?
