[Eeglablist] Matlab Signal Processing Toolbox

Hello everyone,

I have question related to the EEGLAB tutorial.

At the very beginning of of "Plotting Channel Spectra and Maps" section,
there is a recommendation about obtaining a "Matlab Signal Processing
Toolbox".

My questions:

- Is it really necessary having Matlab Signal Processing
Toolbox?
- Are there any other equivalent tools to Matlab Signal Processing Toolbox?
