[Eeglablist] scripting advice

Hello Alexandre, here's a few points below that might help. all the best.

1. Make sure to update the EEG structure with the proper command. See eegh
after running runica from gui.
2. Regarding ADJUST, you may want to CC it's developers, and also make sure
you are having clear evidence that it works (or not) for you from their
plugin gui.
3. If you haven't had a chance to, please closely review the online
scripting tutorials for eeglab...as it's important to have gone through
tutorial steps with tutorial data, doing steps from the gui, checking the
eegh for the history of commands, being well-familiar with the EEG
structure, etc....
4. Also it looks like you're not just using eeglab, but also erplab. If
that is correct, remember that inter-operability can be low or unclear or
undocumented between various eeg processing softwares. In these cases it is
usually necessary to have very clear control of what's happening and
expected by each program.
5. Last, note that adding extra fields to the actual events info in eeglab
can be a little tricky, and may lead it to get confused. For safety's sake
I would recommend having another structure from which relevant info is
called as needed.
