[Eeglablist] How can I detect ERD and ERS with eeglab or erplab

Who Knows if it is possible to detect or extract the ERD or ERS With EEGlab or ERPLAB?Does it must be like a ERP project with specific triggers for different movements?I have done many projects with ERPLAB but I think it must be different.or it has another technique?Best RegardsAmin
