Hello Kathryn, some channel info below!

you should be able to download all the 256 and 267 Hydrocel EGI channel
location files from eeglab's channel page

It's a good idea to make sure you've forced eeglab or whatever program
you're using to select the correct version of the EGI channel locations. On
the channels webpage I believe they are in the ftp EGI site, inside the
BESA Hydrocel folder.  You may also google eeglab list for this topic ,
and get the channel locations from EGI's customer support site or helpdesk.
Other public software packages also include the 256 and 257 channel
locations.
