[Eeglablist] Topoplot - removing the margins around the subplots

This can be done by changing the 'Position' property of the MATLAB axes
that have the topoplots in them; it's not specifically an EEGLAB issue,
rather just a general MATLAB issue. You can play around with the figure
properties in the MATLAB gui, or use the set() command in the command line
to change them.
