Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the PHM project team I am glad to announce the New data release at our Pediatric Head Modeling (PHM) website https://www.pedeheadmod.net <https://www.pedeheadmod.net/>.

Sincerely,

Outline of the New Data Sets

The Pediatric Head Modeling Data Sets – Release V1.2 are now available for download:

In Release V1.2 we add two additional downloadable components of pediatric atlases available in Release V1.1.
These new data allow to extend the pediatric head models to account for:
Inhomogeneous skull conductivity maps based on “painted” skulls with the Hounsfield units CT intensity patterns; and
Anisotropic brain white matter conductivity by co-registering the average implanted brains from the set of average pediatric DTIs created by Carlo Pierpaoli’s group
Methods:
The package of the CT volumes for each atlas with the CT intensities in the Housfield units co-registered with each atlas in the same voxel space and compimented by Matlab scripts for uploading binaries into Matlab and Readme file.

The package of the DTI group-average data volumes matching by age each atlas, co-registered with each atlas in the same voxel space and compimented by Matlab scripts for uploading binaries into Matlab and Readme file.
