[Eeglablist] drawdown of spectrum after appying fmrib plagin

Good day !
I have a question about  fmrib eeglab plagin .
When I am proceeding my data I see drawdown of my spectrum after applying
fmrib plagin. Anyone knows what is the parameter I should change do  not
have such a problem  ?
Although visually signal looks clean.
Am I wrong with event times ?  Any other suggestions ?
