[Eeglablist] Is it necessary to exclude four eye channels when running ICA for artifacts rejection?

Hello Qian, notes below, all the best.

Best way is to do both (ICA with EOG, and ICA without EOG), and then review
the differences closely yourself for one or two subject files. The results
should not be very different.

You are probably OK removing the four eye channels, as frontal EEG channels
also pick up eye-artifact activity quite well [but this depends on your EEG
channel montage and it's coverage of frontal head regions).

Before ICA, you don't have to remove eye-artifacts, one only needs to
remove noisy periods that can confuse ICA.

Please review the ICA tutorial on the eeglab website for more details about
prepping data for ICA (and if you have not had a chance to, working with
the eeglab tutorial and tutorial data can help beginners learn a lot :)
